Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Quality Assurance Professional 2 develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on the quality of care given to patients. The Quality Assurance Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Quality Assurance Professional 2 develops policies, procedures and methods to check operational quality and improve same. Trains and/or coaches staff and management in areas such as quality improvement, process management and reliability science. Maintains communications with administration, medical staff and department heads regarding quality assurance activities. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

+ 3-5 Years experience in nursing within a direct patient care setting
+ Excellent organizational skills required.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
+ Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel and Access) required.
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications + Experience in managed care or health care administration desired.
+ Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment is required.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$63,400 – $87,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
