As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional HVAC services to our commercial clients. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities:
* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
* Diagnose malfunctions and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
* Collaborate with team members and project managers to plan and execute HVAC projects.
* Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on-site.
* Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their HVAC concerns.
* Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports, equipment records, and inventory management.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of commercial HVAC systems.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, codes, regulations, and safety practices.
* Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and diagrams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* HVAC certification or relevant trade school education is preferred but not required.
