Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done Learn product features and benefits Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc. Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency Here is what we are looking for: 2+ years of prior HVAC experience (preferably in residential SERVICE REPAIR). Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Eager and enthusiastic about SALES and selling home services.  Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities. Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
