Qualifications Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge. Positive attitude Team player Hard working Must be reliable Valid driver's license Must pass a background check Requirements Ideal Candidate: 1 year+ experience in a the residential HVAC setting. Has a great appearance and communication. NATE Certified a plus. Persistent, positive, dedicated, and committed. Positive attitude. Self-motivated and efficient. Team player and drug free. Passion for helping people. Benefits Compensation: $35K-$60K/Year
