HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING & OPERATIONS ANALYST I Location Hybrid work in Birmingham, AL : Description To manage the administrative system training and operations for one or more HR systems. To provide training, support, troubleshooting and policy interpretation for assigned HR systems. To review, test and document system modifications to maintain or enhance the HR administrative systems, level of service, and adherence to university, local, state or federal regulations. To develop and maintain on-line training and documentation. To provide individual, classroom or campus-wide seminars on functional topics.
Salary:$52,555.00 - $85,400.00
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
