Responsibilities
• Support the Director of HR in all aspects of HR• Assist the Accounting Department with payroll• Assist the Director of HR with New Hire Onboarding and administrative responsibilities• Manage employment, benefits, leaves, and employee events• Enforce company policies and practices• Facilitate new hire orientation and safety trainings• Conduct employee onboarding• Help plan training and development• Assist with special projects
Requirements
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent education• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in Hospitality• Guest service experience required• Strong computer, math, and administrative skills• Bilingual and Spanish fluency preferred• Knowledge of hotel functions and guest profiles• Strong English and Spanish communication skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and resolve conflicts• Ability to develop and maintain relationships and maintain positive energy• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential• Ability to learn new software and adapt to change• Physical requirements: prolonged standing/walking, lifting and pushing/pulling heavy weights
