The W hotel is seeking an experience HR Coordinator!!
Pay:  $25-$28/hour plus benefits
Responsibilities:
Manage compensation and benefits plans Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks Onboard new hires Report on employee turnover rates Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas Implement employee retention programs (like end-of-season bonuses) Schedule trainings for all hotel employees Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations Designing hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs Managing compensation and benefits plans Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks Requirements and skills:
At least 3 years' experience as a HR coordinator At least 3 years' experience with HRIS and payroll software At least 3 years' experience in conducting interviews Experience with labor relations and union Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations Excellent communication skills Benefits of working as a Human Resources Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA:
