Job Description: Provides front desk customer service. Provides support to department units. Responds to internal and external requests for employee information, including creation of transaction forms. Prepares and sends written correspondence to internal and external customers and responds to routine requests. Coordinates the Form I-9 process and serves as point person for all processing and audits. Maintains hard copy and electronic files. Responds to general questions. Coordinates the student and graduate assistant appointment and transaction processes, including data entry and student mass terms. Analyzes, interprets, identifies discrepancies, and resolves problems from source documents. Coordinates the electronic personnel file process. Reviews scanning and verifies documents. Audits for errors. May coordinate and participate in additional processes and programs. May functionally supervise student employees. Short Job Description: High school diploma or equivalent.
