We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator / Office Coordinator to join our team in Rhome, TX. This role is pivotal in supporting our Human Resources team and ensuring smooth operations within our office environment. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic professionals with a knack for organization and a commitment to providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Support and Engagement: Address employee inquiries and provide timely responses to their questions. Ensure a warm and welcoming orientation for new hires, both in-person and remotely, and manage subsequent follow-ups.
Record Management: Accurately maintain employee files, manage our Rewards & Recognition program, and ensure timely data entry into our HRIS.
Compliance and Safety: Keep track of DOT Driver Qualification Files and maintain meticulous safety records.
Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed.
Attendance Monitoring: Monitor and maintain records on employee geofences and attendance.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including handling necessary paperwork and setting up profiles in our HRIS (Paylocity experience is a plus).
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, assisting with a variety of tasks upon request.
Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Rhome office, including the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Human Resources role.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook and Excel).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
HRIS Knowledge: Experience with HRIS, preferably Paylocity.
Work Ethic: Ability to independently navigate a fast-paced environment.
Professional Attributes: High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Must exhibit a positive attitude and excellent judgment.
Team Collaboration: Strong team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
Adaptability: Must be flexible in handling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Travel: Occasional overnight travel to our Houston office may be required.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 20.00 26.00 Per Hour
