Be actively involved with many areas of HR, including: talent management, talent mapping and development, labor relations/union, associate relations, risk management Coach and counsel your client group of managers to ensure we are championing a culture of inclusion and diversity and adhering to TJX's leadership competencies and cultural factors Support talent development activities that accelerate leadership readiness and succession planning Build solid relationships and get to know associates on a personal level by walking the floor and being hands-on with the team. This position has a starting salary range of 66500.2-83100.16 per year.
