ManTech International Corporation is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Human Capital Solutions Portfolio Lead.This position is a remote opportunity.Responsibilities include managing all operational activities for the Human Capital Solutions Program.

Responsibilities
• Manage all operational activities for the Human Capital Solutions Program.• Define Solution Offerings for the practice in alignment with overall corporate strategy.• Lead HCS Program growth activities, including strategy development, marketing content creation, customer engagement, opportunity identification and proposal development.• Lead team of Project Managers and leverage resources in executing awarded contracts.• Prepare strategic reviews of project status with leadership.• Coordinate risks and opportunities to leadership.• Work with external stakeholders such as platform vendors, business partners, and industry forums.• Lead engagement with industry and professional associations in relevant HCS industry forums.• Manage talent management, talent development, and employee experience for the Practitioners.• Collaborate with other MS and DTD Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Independent Consultants, and Luminary networks.
Requirements
• 12+ years of relevant experience.• Experience with Federal capture and proposal development.• Experience managing and executing Federal Human Resource Management programs.• Proven success in delivering successful outcomes on Federal HCS organizational and technology transformation projects.• Experience managing/leading consulting teams or centers of excellence larger than 20 people.• Verifiable ability to attract, enable, develop, and retain top data talent.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or related degree.
