HR Representative Location New Orleans, LA (Central Business District area) : Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented entry level Human Resources Representative to join our team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Minimum qualifications: - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.- Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP, and NeoGov for data entry and reporting.- Assist with workers' compensation claims and related documentation.- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
