The HR Manager is responsible for the efficient running of all HR related processes and procedures, including personnel recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, safety, benefits, and attendance. This is a leadership role that will need to be proactive in ensuring the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Manage the recruiting process including job postings, applicant tracking, interviewing, onboarding, and other related procedures Ensure company compliance with all employment laws and regulations Maintain employee records and documentation, and ensure accuracy of personnel information in HR systems Develop and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, leave of absence, retirement plans, and vacation policies Conduct employee performance reviews, troubleshoot employee issues, and recommend disciplinary action when necessary Plan and organize orientation, open enrollment, and other training events Oversee attendance tracking and leave of absence requests Support safety committee and work with managers to create a safe workplace environment Analyze data and trends to plan HR initiatives Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 4-5+ years of previous HR experience ideally  Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience with payroll processes Knowledge of FMLA, diversity, and ethics in the workplace High level of professionalism and dependability Benefits Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Excellent Benefit Package Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. Flexible Spending Account Life, AD&D and LTD Insurance. Paid Holidays-10 paid holidays per year. Paid Time Off-20 days per year, prorated based on month hired. 401K Retirement Plan.
