What are we looking for? The HR Coordinator facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. You will handle day-to-day operations, including onboarding, management of benefits and health insurance enrollments, and employee HR-related queries for branch offices across the country. You will also assist with annual audits and special projects assigned by HR leaders. This position is full-time and is an in-office position at our Logan office.
A Day in the Life of an HR Coordinator Process onboarding for newly hired employees and assist in termination processing Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions Workman's Compensation and unemployment processing Performs customer/employee service functions by answering employee requests and questions Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks Assists or conducts audits of benefits or other HR programs, recommends corrective action, and reconciles benefit statements Assists with the preparation of the performance review process Track the status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process Schedules meetings and interviews as requested Participates in various clerical functions like making photocopies, mailing letters, scanning files, filing documents, and scheduling meetings and interviews as requested Performs other related duties as assigned Own additional projects as assigned, including a company wellness program, remote employee onboarding, etc. What we offer Base pay of $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr+ DOE Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental Vision, and PTO Short-Term Disability Paid holidays 401k with a company match Strong potential and room for growth with a rapidly growing company Empowering and positive workplace culture Paid hands-on training opportunities What is needed to be successful? 2+ years of administrative, human resources, or related experience required High school diploma or GED required Positive, optimistic, and energetic attitude Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook High level of professionalism displayed at all times Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred Equal Employment Opportunity In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Fox Pest Control will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
