The HR Coordinator is responsible for carrying out all HR administrative and transactional components of HR to ensure KGH employees and the company are supported!
Responsibilities :
Carry out onboarding tasks to ensure new hires are appropriately set up to begin employment with KGH! Carry out all offboarding tasks when employees depart Coordinate and support employees with benefit administration, including new hires, life events, and assisting with open enrollment Compile and send any required or requested HR data internally or to 3rd party representatives Process employee changes and promotions in KGH's HRIS platform Manage HR related staff survey processes Maintain staff credentialing with payors and staff licensures Maintain and update clinical training certification records Send HR related employee communications Maintain injury records and support employees through the injury reporting process Complete employment verifications and unemployment claims Manage annual compliance requirements Support the recruiting function as needed based on department bandwidth and needs Required Skills and Qualifications Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required 1-2 years of Human Resources experience required Recruiting experience a plus!
