Responsibilities
• Administer the I-9 & E-Verify process for all US employees• Process unemployment claim requests for all OPUs• Collect and submit employment data for the CT JOLTS survey• Conduct audits for ethnicity verification and job groups• Conduct annual audits for debarment and minimum wage compliance• Collaborate with Employee Central for personnel files and records retention• Send legally required state notifications to new hires• Provide administrative support for HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and locally-supported GBS HR activities• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with guidelines and governance• Print and/or mail miscellaneous documents as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred• 2+ years of HR or related experience preferred• Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employee master data• Familiarity with HR federal, state, and municipal compliance requirements• Understanding of BI policies, processes, and supporting systems• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills• Problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, and self-driven• Strong customer service skills and quality orientation• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or an HRMS tool preferred
