HR Call Center Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities: Handle emails through the workflow process with a tight timeline Scan documents Handle members questions in a timely manner Use workflow software, Knowledge base software and case management software to conduct business for Tier 1 services. Contractors will additionally be trained on the utilization of GEMS (a Department of State PeopleSoft product) Qualifications and Skills: Training on other IT tools will be provided as needed, but contractors will be expected to already have a strong competency on MS Outlook, Word and Excel Work experience in the Federal human resources field Knowledge of the various laws, regulations, polices, and processes that affect the delivery of human resources operations, particularly in a highly technological environment. Candidates shall possess experience in the human resources management field and be proficient in various contact center workflow software and computer tools Required Education & Certifications: BA/BS Degree - Preferred
