Responsibilities
• Plan and organize the work of the hotel accounting team• Prepare and review income journals and ledger account reconciliations• Ensure internal audit standards are met• Complete financial audits• Participate in employee events, meetings, and conferences• Work well with others at various levels within the organization• Maintain a comfortable and organized work environment• Adapt to new demands and reprioritize workload• Communicate effectively and respectfully• Learn new skills and technologies quickly
Requirements
• 2+ years accounting experience required• 1+ years hospitality experience preferred• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required• CPA a Plus• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel• Experience with Blackline and Oracle r12 preferred
