• Ensure the kitchen operation meets the needs of guests in a timely manner• Assume department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef• Possess culinary education and basic cost control understanding• Have strong communication, leadership, and computer skills• May assist in monitoring payroll costs and overtime

• Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within a hotel• Ability to produce consistent and high-quality food• Culinary education and basic cost control understanding• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills• Ability to monitor payroll costs and overtime• Eligibility for a $500 Hiring Bonus after 90 days of service
