Responsibilities
• Responsible for weekly cleaning of assigned resident apartments• Perform annual deep cleaning of assigned apartments• Change and launder resident linens and towels• Assist with resident laundry• Clean community common areas• Clean spills and soiled areas• Clean resident equipment• Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English• Meet all health-related state licensure requirements• Maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials• Maintain current Food Handlers credentials• Subject to pre-employment screening• Physical, drug and TB testing and criminal background check
