Shift Hours : 2pm-10pm , 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am Scheduled Days : 5 Days a Week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations. Answers and transfers phone calls. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department.
