Responsibilities Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, escort them to assigned dining area, present menus and announce servers name Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate assistance Manage the flow of guests in the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times and updates to guests Confirm existing reservations and make any necessary changes Maintain a clean and organized work station Monitor door and accessible window cleanliness Basic restroom maintenance, keeping hand soap, toilet paper stocked etc. Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Qualifications/Skills Customer service in hospitality experience Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills Experience with Resy or Open Table is a plus but not required Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Be tactful, courteous and able to communicate well with people. Have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team. Able to read, write and understand English. Must be dependable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must work various holidays and have weekday and weekend availability. Join our team and enjoy the following: No Night Shifts!
