What you're great at: Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locationsSupports the vision and goals of the General Manager and assists in creating and implementing new service initiativesIs a hands-on leader and a visible front office team member who leads by exampleMonitors departmental service levels and acts accordinglyAssists with internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate SOPs and QA standardsAssists in training and mentoring staffServes as Manager on Duty as needed, making decisions based on the business requirementsWorks all shifts as need dictatesChecks guests in/out, answers phones and handles guest comments and concernsAssists in the management of the resort's room matrix, discrepant reservations, and maintaining inventoryMonitors front desk controls, cash drawers, change given, and key inventoriesProvides follow-up of maintenance/ housekeeping requestsEnsures the satisfaction of all guests by responding to guests needs, leading other Team Members in handling guests' concernsAbility to step into any role as necessaryAll other duties as requestedResponsibilities listed may not include all tasks or apply to all resort locations, an official job description will be provided and signed on the first day of employment. Here's what you have already achieved: High School Diploma/GEDMinimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort operations, preferably in vacation ownershipExceptional communication and leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal skills when dealing with guests, Team Members, and the general public and have a good work ethicKnowledge of daily operations of the front desk, reservations, and problem resolutionAS400/TSW experience preferredAbility to supervise a staff of Team MembersKnowledge of Vacation Ownership is preferred
