Job Summary:As an HVAC Technician at Dwyer Services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality heating and air conditioning services to our clients in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. This is a full-time, base/hourly plus commission position where you will utilize your skills and expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.Compensation & Benefits:This role offers a competitive compensation package of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to the base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission based on your performance. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issuesRepair or replace defective components or partsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of HVAC unitsInstall new HVAC systems according to manufacturer instructions and local codesProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clientsKeep detailed records of all services performed and parts usedStay updated on industry developments and attend training sessions as requiredRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC TechnicianValid HVAC technician license and EPA certificationStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and componentsAbility to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprintsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be physically able to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditionsValid driver's license and clean driving recordEEOC Statement:Dwyer Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
