Responsibilities
• Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss• Ensure a positive patient experience• Achieve financial goals and offer modern hearing healthcare• Create an exceptional patient journey through patient care• Perform hearing tests, fittings, and educate hearing aid users• Conduct checks, troubleshooting, and repairs on hearing aids• Achieve growth with a focus on providing quality patient care• Develop relationships with local community leaders• Support Telehealth initiatives• Ensure clinic inventory meets business needs
Requirements
• Maintain an active Hearing Aid Dispensing License• Minimum of two years of professional experience• Previous experience in selling hearing aids• Ability to operate audiometric equipment• Exceptional critical thinking skills• Excellent interpersonal skills• Skill in handling sensitive matters• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently• Ability to communicate test results and propose treatment
