Job Title: Head Teller Reports To: Varies Direct Reports: Tellers Salary Grade: 5/5A SUMMARY
Oversees teller activities according to established policies and procedures. Maintains records of vault and teller station cash balances. Oversees daily, monthly and quarterly reports and items listed within the Head Teller Manual. Responsible for the efficient operation of the teller area. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum three years of increasingly responsible experience in teller related function, including formal teller training Good mathematical, organizational and communication skills Good interpersonal and supervisory skills JOB FUNCTIONS Handle each transaction with care, sensitivity and confidentiality Provide efficient, accurate and high quality service while maintaining good customer relations Be familiar with bank products and services and look for opportunities to develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing customer relationships using United's need-based sales approach S UPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
