Comfort Inn & Suites in Jackson, MI is looking for one head housekeeper to join our 15 person strong team. - Assign and prioritize daily tasks to ensure cleanliness and timely turnover of guest rooms
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly, identifying any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Desk and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services, addressing them promptly and effectively
