Join us! What are we looking for? We are looking for a super-smart, ambitious and analytical person with a proven track record of acquiring users and delivering growth for a large-scale online mobile app. The ideal candidate will be able to recognize patterns from external data and identify interesting trends in the broader app marketplace to provide recommendations on design assets and product improvements. This candidate should have a track record of growing B2C app and web subscriptions through multiple media channels, including partnerships, paid social, and paid search campaigns. 
Responsibilities: You will plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns with multi-million dollar spend levels You will proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement You will explore and test new marketing channels, platforms and networks You will manage a variety of partnerships with different publishers and brands You will take part in conduction ASO optimizations and experiments You will continually strive for higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization You will slice and dice an enormous amount of complex data into meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions You will maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks and changes You will collaborate actively with designers, data scientists, and the product team on every part of the marketing funnel. You will analyze various algorithms, techniques, and statistical models for predictions in a dynamic data environment You will take part in setting the overall marketing strategy by providing feedback and actively sharing data, results and ideas You will enjoy great teamwork, lots of fun, and pride in building a product that has a positive impact on society. Requirements BSc/MA in a quantitative discipline such as statistics or any other relevant field Experience working for a consumer subscription business, ideally in the Health & Fitness or Streaming category 5 years of experience in running mobile large-scale paid online user acquisition campaigns in performance-driven environment Experience managing paid social and search advertising campaigns Experience managing partnerships with multiple publishers/vendors to drive app downloads and paid subscriptions Experience with ASO and measuring it's effectiveness to grow revenues Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel or others Data junkie and Excel wizard Collaborative, hard working, execution-oriented, eager to get results and succeed Great grasp of numbers with love for data and analytics Good sense of marketing, consumer interaction, usability and persuasion Tech-savvy Excellent communication (oral and written), time management and organizational skills Bonus (not mandatory but good to have): Experience with or databases queries (SQL) and database manipulation Experience working with influencers or acting talent Benefits Competitive salary & compensation; Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage; Retirement plan with employer matching contribution; Ridiculous perks program; Commuter & lunch benefits, FSA accounts, and Employee Stock Purchase Programs; Free access to Tele-health & BetterHelp services; Any hardware/software that will make you productive and successful; Awesome people to work with; Nothing to slow you down; Helping people live a better life, every day. The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$150,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, and extensive benefits. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
