Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting specific market segments and geographical locations. Actively contribute to achieving departmental goals and Marketing budget targets. Solicit corporate, incentive group, food & beverage, and banquet business through effective sales activities. Monitor accounts revenue and maximize up-selling opportunities. Represent the resort at trade shows, conduct site inspections, and travel to key markets to generate leads. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to achieve revenue goals. Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of Sales Manager experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and frequently carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Requires significant walking and standing.
