Grounds Keeper Job Description: Position Summary: Entry Level Position The Grounds Keeper position starting pay is $15 per hour. The work schedule is 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. There may be occasions when working on the weekend may be required as needed.
Primary Responsibilities: • Maintain all plants inside & outside the restaurant.Maintaining interior irrigation systems.
• Clean and maintain waterfalls and fountains.
Secondary Responsibilities: • Overall property maintenance
• Landscape projects
• Greenhouse projects, harvesting, and planting
• Seasonal projects
• Assist with other maintenance activities as needed

Requirements: • Preferred experience and knowledge of plants and flowers
• Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ok with heights
