Pay Rate: Description:***Hybrid (Remote with some on-site for right candidate)
We are seeking a Grant Analyst.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Review and approve invoices for programs. Work with grantees to submit appropriate documentation and with fiscal team to resolve questions
•Support program directors in providing technical assistance to grant recipients to ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures
•Support program directors in reviewing applications, developing contracts, executing contracts, and closing out contracts
•Support program directors in grant monitoring efforts and other contractually mandated reporting requirements. Complete desk review, phone call and site visit monitoring visits for programs which could include completing monitoring checklists, reconciling, and saving documentation, and keeping all databases and folders up to date with accurate review information
•Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars for internal and external customers for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information to perform functions
•Gather program data, outputs, outcomes to track performance metrics and success stories for all programs
•Compile grants management reports as assigned. This could include division-wide reporting detailing the status of things like grants awarded, contracted, and compliance outcomes
•Contribute to the streamline and standardization of grants management functions within the division by helping to maintain manuals, systems, and files
•Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required / Desired SkillsBachelor's Degree in Relevant Field-(e.g. Public Administration, Public Budgeting, Accounting, Finance) and experience equivalent to 1 year full-time professional staff administrative or analytical experience. Substitution of Experience for Education Accepted. (Required 4 Years)
