The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and have a solid understanding of grain risk management. You must also be an excellent communicator and thrive while engaging with producers. Someone that is driven, analytical and relationship-driven will find success in this role. They are seeking a grain professional that can service their extensive customer base, and that has the desire to grow the business. Experience in freight/logistics, basis trends, and grain hedging are musts.
