SmartTalent is seeking great candidates for a Fence Installer/Shop Helper for a Fencing company in Marysville, WA. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-4:30PM (or when job is finished) Pay Rate: $21-22/hour Job Duties: • Prep Land and area as well as install materials for a variety of fences (Custom Cedar, Galvanized Chain-link, and Ornamental) • Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit • Utilize hand tools and power tools for fence assembly • Perform concrete setting for fence posts • Dig holes for fence posts • Utilize a wheelbarrow to move heavy cement • Follow orders and take directions well • Communicate effectively with team members • Clean up Requirements: • At least 6 months of recent experience in a comparable position • Steel Toed boots • A Valid Driver's License in required to operate company vehicles once converted • A clean driving record with no more than 2 preventable accidents and/or tickets • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment consistently If you are interested, schedule an interview on line or call to chat with a recruiter today!
