We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our steadily growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and deployment of our SaaS platform. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest tech and make pivotal company decisions. We deeply value generalist software engineers who can engage with new problems and get things done. The ideal candidate is a generalist engineer with strong product sense who is excited to work across a range of product challenges amidst a fast-growing environment.
What You Will Do as a Key member of our Team:
As a Full Stack Engineer at Behaviorally, imagine yourself:
• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a front-end platform SaaS that will support new offerings, leveraging the latest technologies and the best industry practices.
• Drive the design and architecture, ensuring that solutions follow scalable architectural patterns working across the stack - backend, front-end and infrastructure.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring the security and scalability of applications.
• Work closely with our data science team to deploy AI solutions. 2
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovations within the organization.
Other responsibilities:
• You will help recruit additional technical team members, fostering a culture of collaboration with other teams and disciplines.
Desired skills and experience: To qualify and succeed, in the challenging but rewarding world we do business in, you will need:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related fields.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying B2B SaaS portals for a global audience, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns and full-stack knowledge including modern distributed front end and back-end technology stacks.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon AWS
• Previous startup experience is a major plus.
