Full Receptionist

Full job description O'Connor & Thomas Law Firm is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team.
A friendly attitude and great customer services skills are essential!
Main Duties:
Answer multi-line phone and direct calls accordingly
Demonstrate a polished and professional demeanor
Handle inquiries from potential & current clients
Computer literate in Microsoft & able to learn different software systems as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Security monitor
Maintain a clean reception area & conference rooms
Manage library subscriptions
Separate & distribute incoming mail
Have a problem-solving personality
Must be self-motivated
