MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed bookkeeping support, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books on a monthly basis, and preparing financial reporting and analysis for small businesses 3+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks Online for a professional organization Capacity to work 40 hours a week during daytime business hours Have a dedicated office space free from distraction, a computer, headphones, a microphone, and a reliable, high-speed internet connection. Willingness and capacity to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data Strong consideration will be given to candidates who have experience working with companies in the trades, in multi-client environments, and in working with QuickBooks Online OUR IDEAL FULL-CHARGE BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT We are looking for someone who can develop strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and the sharing of best practices.
