Weekend Receptionist - Every other weekendMason, OHBrightStar Senior Living is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team in Mason. The Receptionist will assist in daily tasks and be the face of BrightStar Senior Living of Mason. The hours of this position are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed.Position Requirements:Operate multi-line telephone system including answer and transfer calls, take messages, forward calls to/retrieve voicemail, etc.Greet front door visitors.Provide information, directions, etc.Positive, timely and effective communication with residents, family members, staff, and visitors.Accurately report any issues/relevant information to Supervisor.Education/Certification Requirements:* High School diploma or GED preferred.Skills/Qualifications Requirements:Prior Receptionist experience.Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills (must be able to communicate business related matters in English).Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete work on time.PC literacy.Possess a positive attitude.Ability to work successfully as an independent and team player.Flexible to work on-call as needed.Long Term Care, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience preferred.Work Environment:Office Environment: high-paced office environment; continuous phone use/ringing; talking; various noise levels; interactions with employees and clients; sitting and standing for long periods of time; bending and stooping required; lifting up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50+ lbs. may be required; using a computer for extended periods: typing, staring at a bright monitor or TV screen; using fingers, wrists, and arms; stress on back may occur; possible exposure to prescription drugs, bodily fluids, small appliances for cooking, cooling, and heating foods or securely storing medications.Resident's Environment: Unknown environments; bodily fluids, household and human germs; extreme cold or hot temperatures in or outside; light to heavy traffic; inclement weather; human body weights that vary based on client health and lifting as prescribed or needed per plan of care; 50+ lbs.Benefits:Weekly pay w/direct deposit.Paid trainingAffordable Health Insurance optionsPaid time offCandidate must have demonstrated alignment and experience in successfully living the BrightStar Care Core Values:Be Open and Honest: Approachable, Fun, Unflappable, Kind, EmpatheticServe with Passion: Help First, Confident Yet Humble, For the Greater Good, Make a Real DifferenceDo the Right Thing: Honest, Ethical, Tell the TruthDo What You Say: On Time, Finish What You Start, Accountable, Take ResponsibilityMake it Great: Continuous Improvement, Exceed Expectations, Bring Out the Best in Others, Detail OrientedEqual Opportunity EmployerBrightStar Care Senior Living is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
