Responsibilities
• Greeting and assisting members, guests, and prospective members• Promoting the Judgement Free Zone and upholding club policies• Resolving member concerns and escalating when necessary• Answering phones and assisting callers• Performing membership-related functions• Executing retail transactions and driving sales• Cleaning and sanitizing exercise equipment and facilities• Addressing maintenance and facility concerns• Conducting routine cleaning schedules• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members
Requirements
• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred• Must be 18 years old or older• Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided)• Basic computer proficiency• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds• Ability to work with toxic chemicals• Flexibility and ability to move in different positions• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace
