We're looking for a seasoned Fractional CFO to join our team and provide expert financial leadership to a select group of dynamic and growing companies.
In this unique part-time role, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, offering strategic financial insights and analysis.
Oversee core financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial models and projections to support growth initiatives, leveraging strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) skills.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
Partner with existing accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
5+ years of experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth company.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.
Strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) skills, with experience in building and utilizing financial models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A passion for helping businesses achieve their financial goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
