Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience as a restaurant manager• Extensive knowledge of wines• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays• Strong leadership and communication skills• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities• Attention to detail and passion for outstanding guest experiences• Food Safety Certification preferred• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
