Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. We are seeking an OCF Flight Optimization & Capacity Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight optimization and capacity planning to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor existing flights, utilization and operational processes Ensure Data quality within operational systems in order to ensure accurate planning Organize and plan together with internal and external stakeholders to optimize flight utilization Safeguard space commitments towards customers Distribute and ensure adherence to Policies and Procedures Frequent Communication with other Department on Capacity selling (GSA & Load Planning) Analyse marked information and identify trends to adapt planning if required Project planning for potential customer and provide solution for the need of customer Plan an optimum weight and volume mix per flight based on actual bookings and freight on hand ( Plan capacity utilization based on route and cargo mix Manage and control pre-books and ad hoc shipments Inform stakeholder in case of overbookings or underbookings Give advise to internal stakeholders on cargo needed to further optimize the flights Skills: - Experience in Airline Yield Management, Operations and Handling

· Strong airfreight export market knowledge

· Knowledge of cargo aircrafts
· Experience in ULD Build processes
· Analytical skills and awareness
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Organizational skills to ensure compliance and proper record keeping

Pay Range: $73,000-$75,000*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
