Responsibilities
• Assist in purchasing vehicles for Fleet Program• Provide maintenance for fleet vehicles• Register all vehicles through Department of Motor Vehicles• Ensure vehicles have current State Inspection sticker• Utilize fleet management tracking system for maintenance alerts• Work with local body shops for vehicle servicing• Coordinate vehicle availability with Dispatch and Security Project Assistant• Use GPS system to monitor and track vehicles• Ensure invoices are submitted for processing• Fulfill Vehicle JotForm Notifications for maintenance needs
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver's license• 2 years of administrative/office assistance, security, automotive, or related experience• Capable of engaging in moderate physical exertion and manual dexterity• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds• Able to sit and stand for long periods of time• Ability to clean and make small repairs to equipment, tools, and vehicles• Ability to operate motorized equipment and power tools safely• Ability to drive/operate motor vehicles
