• Enter equipment information into the Fleet Information Management System (FIMS)• Correct or change expenditure accounts on purchasing documents• Add information for newly purchased equipment• Gather equipment purchasing information and create specification files• Process payments and resolve payment or invoicing issues• Audit and review expenditures• Work in a typical office environment• Hybrid work options available• Request a copy of the position description• Communicate with vendors
Requirements
• Two years of general clerical experience or an associate degree• Experience with data entry, attention to detail, and navigating technology• Experience with records and information management• Ability to work with many priorities and deadlines
