Role Overview
The FinTech Operations Analyst role is a crucial component of our service to our business partners, carrier partners, agents, their clients, and associations/chambers. The primary objective of this role is to handle all necessary financial services tasks on the company's platforms while providing exceptional customer service. As our business and customer needs evolve, this role requires flexibility in the types of financial service tasks undertaken. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for resolving concerns, issues, and discrepancies that may arise as both the company and its customers conduct their work on the platform, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partner product and service inquiries.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines despite interruptions.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and prioritize work assignments to meet customer needs and team service objectives.
- Handle large service requests accurately and efficiently with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resolve inquiries and issues according to service standards.
- Foster and maintain customer relationships, providing assistance to team members as needed to enhance the customer connection.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records.
- Manage incoming inquiries, providing prompt solutions or problem-solving, and following up with resolutions based on quality standards.
- Collaborate with carriers to address internal and external customer inquiries and urgent issues.
- Provide professional, courteous, and proactive service and communications.
- Reconcile balances to ensure accurate payments have been received and tendered; investigate and resolve anomalies, including executing refunds and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Resolve account discrepancies for carriers and employers/employees.
- Maintain current knowledge of all aspects of business partner processes, procedures, and systems.
- Utilize available resources, systems, and contacts both internally and externally as needed.
- Willingly engage with partners through various communication channels such as phone, email, and video calls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Three to five years of financial operations experience preferred, including:
- Account/bank reconciliation
- ACH operations/money movement
- Billing
- Case Management
- Collections
- Financial audits
- No travel required.

Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule
The salary range displayed is in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Work Act and is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
