Scope of Role: The role of Financial Operation Manager will involve: Actively work with the Accounting team (Senior/Staff Accountants, Cash Manager, and Accounts Payable), including, but not limited to, general ledger, financial reporting, registrations/taxes (including 1099 prep and distribution), and accounts payable. Supporting any backup for cash and treasury functions. Assisting with year-end financial audit activities, preparing PBC schedules, reviewing staff submissions, and the annual corporate financial audit. Integrating new acquisitions into Multiview includes assisting with pre-acquisition data entry for comparative purposes. Managing a range of journal entries that will need to be managed, including debt, payroll, credit card accruals, all AP accruals, revenue including deferrals, amortization, earnout, banking, and working capital true-ups. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, including timely delivery and participation in doctor/partner review meetings. As part of our continual improvement process for quality assurance, assessments of current practices and procedures will be undertaken, which includes making recommendations for improvements. The role will also involve a working knowledge of payroll and benefits, including 401K programs, to provide accounting expertise to Human Resources. Play a pivotal role in bringing together the components of our annual budgeting process, incorporating audits, checks, and validation processes The scope of the work includes close liaison and communication with the tax accountants to ensure the timely preparation of tax returns. Performed ad hoc analyses and projects as requested. Overseas and monitor the development of our Team through managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience with acquisitions is helpful but not required. Multi-site healthcare is also preferred but not required. CPA preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory experience a plus Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results Knowledge of employee relationship-building and performance-management techniques Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems beyond QuickBooks. Willingness to become a subject matter expert in the company's systems and suggest new systems.
