Job SummaryThe Chris Auffenberg Chrysler of Herrin is looking to hire a Finance Manager for a full-time, salary position in their auto dealership. This individual will be responsible for providing and managing customer financing and working closely with customers and sales staff.Compensation & BenefitsThe Finance Manager will receive a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes medical, dental, & vision insurance, paid vacation, and 401K plan.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with customers to understand and anticipate their financing needs.Assist the sales staff in the financing process for both new and used vehicle sales.Negotiate financing terms with lenders, manufacturers and service contracts.Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate completion of all financing paperwork as well as accurate retention of information in the dealership's database.Ensure that all finance transactions are reported correctly to the proper government entities.Stay updated on current trend, market changes and dealer programs.RequirementsMust possess a valid driver's license in the state of Illinois.At least 3 years of experience working in the automotive finance industry preferred.Prior experience using dealership specific loan and warranty programs.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.EEOC StatementChris Auffenberg Chrysler of Herrin is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity in the workplace.
