Finance & Accounting Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager  to join our clients' finance team. The ideal candidate will be efficient and motivated and have a mix of corporate finance and manufacturing finance/accounting experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing growth initiatives, managing financial aspects of the ERP system, and leading continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing accounting processes. Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements, supporting accounting staff in enhancing procedures and controls, maintaining annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting with manufacturing experience is required. 5+ years' experience accounting and strong financial skills in a manufacturing environment True hands on in Financial Reporting, budgets, forecasting, general ledger & accounting, close, cost accounting, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Sox compliance and testing, engineering project accounting and others. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, knowledge of GAAP accounting rules, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
