Responsibilities
• Ensure successful daily P&D operations• DRO and route planning• Distribute daily routes to drivers and ensure attendance• Develop company policies and procedures• Attend daily FedEx meetings• Complete paperwork in a timely manner• Facilitate ISP and Station Communication during load times• Ensure driver compliance with route duties• Assist in training program development• Schedule truck maintenance and inspections
Requirements
• FedEx or transportation delivery management experience (2 years)• Delivery Driver experience preferred (1 year)• Pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR screen• Reliable, organized, hardworking, and timely• Ability to lead by example• Ability to work independently and in a group• Professional and courteous to all FedEx Ground employees and customers
