Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality primary care and urgent care services to patients

Ensure the delivery of patient-centered care
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner (Family) or Physician Assistant license in the state of Connecticut
Board certification is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
