Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical interviews and assessments with clients and their families• Provide individual and family therapy sessions• Complete psychosexual risk assessments• Screen and assess for risk in various settings• Develop individualized treatment plans• Monitor and evaluate client progress• Collaborate with professionals and referring entities• Provide crisis intervention and support• Maintain accurate records of client contact and progress
Requirements
• Wisconsin State licensure (APSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPC-IT, or Psychologist)• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license• Previous experience with at-risk youth and families• Experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy• Preferred experience with sexualized behaviors
